How to be able to relax from the session when you need it?

Here are 3 simple steps to help you relax anywhere if you need it.

First step

Imagine yourself in a situation of relaxation, stress free and peaceful. For some people it is inside, for others it is out there somewhere.

Create as many details as possible in yourImagination. Being bright and colorful. Immerse yourself in the scene. You see, what I see, feel what you feel, feel what you feel.

As you relax and imagine this quiet, you create an instant trigger. In this way, you immediately feel the trigger when you need it.

You could enjoy a game for children, a word or phrase, a mental picture, a song or something that works for you.

Whatthe trigger, should be promptly and vigorously to relax remember the location of the file.

Step Three

The good thing about this exercise is that I bet you have to practice very soon. We did not wait too long to deal with a stressful situation.

If you are in a stressful situation, just fire your rest and relaxation you feel relief.
